🩰 Reporting Absences

We know life happens, and sometimes dancers need to miss class.

If your dancer will be absent, simply log into your Parent Portal and mark them absent. It’s quick, easy, and helps both our teachers and office staff stay organized.

Heading away on vacation? You can even mark your dancer absent for multiple classes at once, making it easy to plan ahead.

If your dancer wakes up feeling under the weather, you can also log in and report the absence the day of class.

Thank you for taking a moment to let us know when your dancer won’t be attending, it helps us keep classes running smoothly and ensures our teachers know who to expect each evening.

Missed classes cannot be refunded.

Students that miss 6 consecutive classes without notice, or a total of 10 or more classes in the year, may be unable to take part in the June performances.

We know that sometimes things come up, but please understand that the final week of classes and dress rehearsals are mandatory.
